About the Artist
Hello! I’m Alexandra a Yorkshire-based maker of tiny things, cute things, slightly-retro things, and occasionally unhinged things, all lovingly sculpted from polymer clay with nothing but hand tools, a stubborn streak, and a hope and a dream.
Arts and crafts have always been my safe, happy place. While the rest of the world can feel like a sensory nightmare on wheels, creating miniature food and other whimsical bits is one of the few things my brain lets me do without kicking up too much of a fuss. I’ve never had formal training; I just follow whatever idea lights up my brain at the time and chase it until it becomes something joyful I can share with someone else.
People often describe my work as detailed, and the sort of thing that must require an unreasonable amount of patience and honestly, they’re probably right. Being neurodivergent means I zoom into the tiny details most people would never spot, and crafting has become both a creative escape and a way to calm the old anxiety gremlins.
These days, I’m taking my lifelong hobby beyond “something fun I do at my desk” and hoping to turn it into something a little bigger, though still very tiny, obviously.
Alongside my clay work, I also create digital art, stickers, totes, and whatever else my brain decides to hyperfocus on for the week.
My mission is simple: bring joy, a bit of whimsy, and a sense of escapism to anyone who sees my creations. If something I make makes you smile, laugh, or tilt your head and go “how the heck is that so small?”, then job done.
And for a bonus fun fact?
I collect art toys & plush, I love the movie Tangled and cats!
Welcome to my tiny world, I’m glad you’re here :)
