I want you to be delighted with your handmade items! Each piece is crafted with care, but if something’s not quite right, I’ll do my best to make it better.
Timeframe for Refund Requests
If you’d like to request a refund, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. After that, I may not be able to offer a refund, but I’m always happy to chat and see what can be done.
Conditions for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
• The item arrived damaged or faulty
• You received the wrong item
• The item didn’t match the description
Please send a photo of the issue so I can assess and resolve it quickly.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the handmade nature of my products, I generally don’t offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Custom or personalised orders
• Items returned without prior contact

Exchanges
I don’t currently offer exchanges, but if there’s a problem with your order, I’ll work with you to find a solution, whether that’s a refund, replacement, or a little clay magic.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
