Hello and thank you for supporting my small business! Every item in my shop is handmade by me, from my cosy workspace in the UK. I take great care in crafting and packing each order myself, and I want you to know exactly what to expect when it comes to shipping.
Processing Time
Because everything is handmade, please allow 2–5 business days for me to prepare your order before it ships. If there’s ever a delay (like a sudden clay catastrophe), I’ll let you know right away.
Shipping Options
I currently ship within the UK and to select international destinations. Shipping is handled via Royal Mail or other trusted carriers.
• UK Orders: Usually arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch
• International Orders: Delivery times vary by location, typically 7–21 business days
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
